My Lowe's Task force light is great. I love the light it puts out - a nice bright spot a good 50 feet in front of me.
That is, I like the light when it works. The switches keep breaking and I keep having to take them back to Lowe's.
I'm on my third one and the switch on that one just broke today.
So I'm wondering, instead of taking it back to Lowe's and getting another one and eventually breaking the switch on that one, is there a way to replace the clicky switch with one that works better? I've taken apart the tailcap and succeeded in breaking the switch even more. I can also rig the light so that it's always on. But is there a way to replace the switch?
