What are your warmup/cooldowns like for, say, an SST session?

My warmup is usually:
5min easy spin
5min @ FTP to get the cobwebs out
5min easy spin

then I get into my main SST set.

My cooldown is where I think I'm messing things up. Basically at the end of my main set I'll just spin easy for about 5 minutes or until my heart rate gets down into Z1/Z2. Is this the right way to do it?

i'll follow my on-the-bike time with about 5-10 minutes of stretching.

I do an interval out of the driveway, low tempo power for three minutes or so, then hit the SST. I cool down by running into my garage door at 24mph at my steady SST power.

:D

If I'm doing something more intense, I take more warmup time. Like doing pre-sprints before a sprint or WRI™ workout.
