i am selling my shoes, and pedals on ebay but i can't remember where the cleats and cleat nut came with... i'm pretty sure the cleats came with the pedals... but i don't know if the cleat nut came with the shoes or the pedals... i have the Shimano clipless...

With my SPDs, the cleat came with the pedals; the allen bolt that attaches the cleat to the shoe came with the pedals too. The nut that the allen bolt screws into is integral to my shoes.

For Look, the Screws and Cleat Nut(I assume you mean the square washer) comes with the cleat. If you've never bought a replacement cleat, then the cleat came with the pedal.
