How do you guys avoid this frothy "head" I always get on my smoothies? My typical large "breakfast replacement" smoothie might look something like this:
1 cup skim milk
0.75 cup low fat yogurt
1.25 cup frozen fruit
10 grams protein powder
I use the frozen fruit instead of fresh because it's cheaper, lasts longer if I don't make a smoothie for several days, and I don't have to use ice in my recipe.
Any guesses why I get this not-so-appetizing foam rising to the top of my smoothie?
