Foo - Misaligned! By a whooping 1.3 centimeters

No wonder it was hurting like hell... herniated disk in between the L5 & S1 vertebrates, out of place by a whooping 1.3 centimeters. Now awaiting appointment with the specialist on the matter to decide what to do... but primary doc is 99% sure this means spinal surgery for mah and they probably have to fuse those vertebrates to keep it from falling apart like a game of Jinga.

I am now starring at a ruller. 1.3 centimeters is a freaking lot! :(

The surgery is not fun, but in the spectrum of surgical recovery, it's not too rough. I was up to 80% fairly quickly, 100% took a while but I'm picky.

My main concern is of course to be able to walk around, function normally and hold my children. But it would also suck if I had to give up the road bike. I already had a nightmare of myself riding a recumbent...

They were amazing at getting things in perfect allignment.

I lost my L4 L5 5 years ago, and my S1 almost 3 months ago.

try drugs, and the shots before getting cut on. don't rush into anything. give it some time to settele down 1st.

I ride 400 miles a month just to get to work and back on a regular upright roadbike.
