Hey everyone, i'll be spending the holidays in Coquitlam and wanted to get some riding done. I do mountain biking, would you have any suggestions where I can do trails? Also would anyone here know where I could rent bike or would anybody here know of anyone selling their bike cheap?
Thanks, hope to hear from you guys.
Cheers!

Not sure about the bike rental. Would recommend Burnaby Mt (http://www.bmba.ca/) if you have the legs for it Mundy Park and Colony Farms have about 20 km of trails for less intense riding and are quite nice.
Have fun

Another option would be to go to the "North Shore": North Vancouver.
Visit either Cove Bikes, or John Henry Bikes (both within a few blocks of each other) and do some riding on the world-famous North Shore trails.

Sorry Man.
I've been away for a few days and am catching up.
I would THINK that some of the trails are still "available" ; but: We have had a serious feeze and dump of snow. It may be a moot point in any case...
I would talk to the guys at Cove and see what they say about the trails...
