I'm trying to help my friend get into road racing. I'm more of an occasional MTBer myself, but she is very interested in road racing. We've both been searching, but we can't seem to find any clubs or races for the summer of 2009. Can anyone help us find some beginner clubs and races in the Pittsburgh (preferably South Hills) area?

I'm not sure if they announced it yet but they do have a weekly training crit series in Pittsburgh. I think its thursday or tuesday.
