The "L" at the end of CooL in front doesn't match the "l" of Cool in the back. And the smile of the skull is crooked compared the to the others. I'd be pissed.

If I remember the history, those tatts were done in Amsterdam or Belgium. This is why you DO NOT get kanji tatts. You will look as stupid as this guy to anyone that knows the language.
