Winter Cycling - Eyewear in rain/fog...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I can't stand to ride without glasses on, I'll go clear on dark days. At least half of our days here are drizzly or foggy, making visibility super crappy. How do others deal with your glasses fogging in the wet conditions? Anyone know of any water-beading coating that can be applied?
This is the worst problem about traveling in the rain. I normally just wipe the moisture off with my glove. On a longer trip, I would take a cotton bandanna or something.
Still, I bet someone will someday devise something like a windshield wiper that runs off AA batteries.

Since glasses don't have windshield wipers, I usually end up taking them off. WIth fog and water spots, I find myself looking over the glasses, so might as well take them off. Unless someone finds a solution to that problem, maybe try contacts...
I hope someday someone figures this out.
