Foo - If anyone ever doubts a dog's sense of compassion

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I don't see how the injured dog could have survived much after that. :(
I was just thinking the other day about several stories I've seen of a mother cat being severely burned but still going into a burning home to drag out her kittens. Unreal.
Nice how with all that no ^#$%ing cars stopped...
maybe they were on their way to Walmart

Dogs are the only animals that yawn when humans yawn at them. Apparently its because of their compassion that they do that.

I was telling my friend about this video and she said she had seen this some time ago and the info then was that the dogs had survived.
Not much of a source, but the best I could find: http://www.sherdog.net/forums/f7/dog-saves-his-injured-friend-884819/#post27346992

Now that's love! There's got to be some follow up on this, they both deserve a great home and to be together.

I hope both survived. I'm more of a cat person, but I hate to see any animal injured or killed simply because of cars. Unless it's mosquitos, they can burn in hell.

I couldn't even watch the video. I can't pass by a dog or cat without saying hello I sure couldn't drive past an injured one.
