Can anyone recommend a place to get a proper bike fit in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area?
Someone with the proper machine and the experience of bike fitting that will give me all of the measurements, so when I have the money for a high dollar bike, I can purchase the proper bike. Somone who has been trained with bike fitting by attending classes and clinics.
I have a 1 year old road bike that I am logging about 4000 miles per year on, but I want to get better at the miles and get better with my form, so I can do longer distance faster and more efficient. I also want to do duathlon and triathlon events. I am soon to be 45, and I am learning that I need to be more efficient, because I can tell when I am not doing things correctly the day after a long ride.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
