Happy Passover to all our Jewish members! Enjoy the second seder tonight, drink up, and enjoy the Matzos!

Glad Pesach!
Enjoy Matzos? Hmmmm...Personally I don't think I'd ever pay a ransom for the Afikomen, but to each his own, nu?
Matzoh is enjoyable up to that point where you realize that it has
congealed into a glutinous brick like structure in your gut.
Good Yontiff.

It's Yom Tov :) And that is so true about the congealing quality!
Better to eat a ton of Matzah then to even smell GEFILTE FISH. My mom eats that stuff and ever time I smell it, I have gag reflex.. YUCK
Happy Passover to everyone..

When I was just a little guy, my mother was sick in bed for about a week with phlebitis. The nice Jewish woman down the street took care of my brother and me, and brought lunch in for my mom. The first day she brought a heapin' helping of gefilte fish. My mother, sick as she was, but unwilling to hurt our neighbor's feelings, crawled out of bed, struggled to the bathroom and flushed the offensive fish.
The neighbor, thinking that my mother had liked the gefilte fish and finished every last bit, brought more the next day...
and the next...
Lotek is right, eating too much matzo can bind you up for days. Hence, the passover tradition of making stewed fruit compote, and you'll also notice that the kosher section sells lots of dried fruit at passover. Personally I can't eat matzo, but since I'm agnostic and don't observe passover (except to attend other people's seders) it's not a problem.
World,
Good Yontiff is yiddish not the YOM TOV (hebrew).
(or at least that was what I was always led to believe)
Personally I like gefilte fish, would koch if I had ptcha or Schav or borscht.
fruit compote? you mean tzimits (sp?). . . with a nice matzoh stuffing? yum!
