Folding Bikes - Is It Possible to Change Out the Saddle on a Dahon

I have a Dahon speed pro TT. I love it and find the saddle comfortable, but my chiropractor seems to believe it could be contributing to some back pain I'm having. He recommended something "gel filled." :notamused: I have been told, however, that you can only install a Kore I-Beam saddle on the Kore seat post. Anyone have any suggestions for changing out the saddle? Or addressing this issue in general? My chiro seems to think that the lack of shock-absorbtion properties in my current saddle could be causing some issues. I ride about 20-30 miles per day.

Kore offers an adapter that will allow a rail saddle so that you can mount anything you like... Unfortunately, the older SDG I-beam system does not have such an adapter.

is the beam seatpost avilalble in other sizes? i would love to fit one to my Mezzo or downtube folders if they were.
