I have been watching for an update on the Tucson hit and run but have not seen anything since a day or two after the ride. Did they ever arrest that guy? What was his story?
I google newsed el tour de tucson and got this:

The person of interest is 91, his car is damaged, there has got to be witnesses with all of that and they are going to "decide" if they will charge him. WTF!!???
Maybe they can't get an eyewittness to finger him directly.
Leaving the scene of a major injury accident shoudl be enough to string this MF'r up reguardless of his age.
glad I don't leaving in that FU'd state, remind me not to visit, just another fly over state.
Where the hell are the ride orginizers in all of this?
