Foo - X-Mas Tree, I haz it!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I was aiming for a smaller tree this year. Last year's tree was smaller and went for $65 bucks. I rather spend those bucks in toys this year. Then I spotted this guy selling trees on my way to work, with really good prices. I came back later with my children and got this deal for $25 bucks (plz notice it's 3 inches short of hitting the ceiling):

The guy even gave my child some toys for free (two stuffed reindeer). :thumb:

 you murdered a tree!
jk. sounds like quite a deal. We always had a plastic tree when I was growing up- ma didn't want the mess (and apparently fire hazard) of a real one.
Thasa big tree! I haven't had a tree (myself) in years - and have oodles of unusual ornaments too. :(
I bought a tree that had already been murdered.....

I had fake trees for Christmas as a kid. They always resembled hat racks with lots of decorations on it. And a cat doing his best to knock the tree over.

Real - always real. And when I was a kid we'd go out into the bush to cut down our own.
