For someone your height, you should prob look for like 20.75 and up. Go on Danscomp. Integrated is just a kind of headset. And all frames can use sealed bearings.

what bearings do you want to be sealed? if you're talking about the bottom bracket, you can put cranks with sealed bearings in ANY frame. if your current cranks have unsealed bearings (which do indeed suck a lot!), you can't just toss sealed bearings in there. you need a whole new crankset- arms, spindle, bearings, spacers.
as for the definition of "integrated," read this: http://www.danscomp.com/serve.php?serve=products/charts&html=headsetchart.htm
20.75 would probably be a good top tube length for you, give or take 1/2 inch.
i can't recommend a bike to you unless i know your BUDGET. how much do you have to spend on a bike?
don't worry too much about weight. unless you have the $$ to build a full custom bike or a very high-end complete, you're going to end up with a bike around 30 pounds, which is fine. all of us old guys used to ride 40 pound bikes with 45-tooth sprockets and garage door chains, so if you can't, you're a wimp. grow some muscles and stop whining. ride a heavy bike and gradually customize it with some lighter parts.

One of the best bearing mfg's in the world is SKF, I've seen on Amazon.com almost all kinds of SKF bearings. Don't buy the cheap ones, you'll pay for it in the end. Also a good place that I found was www.anewbrgco.com, they were pretty helpful to me when I emailed them about some bearings that weren't on their website.
