Does anyone here pay membership to a mountain bike club or advocacy group? I pay 20 dollars a year to Cleveland Area Mountain Bike Association. This gets me many discounts at LBS's, as well as group rides, and trail building opportunities. It also really helps with gaining access for mountain bikes to local parks and such.

I'm a member of The Swamp Club in Tampa, FL. I also need to get off my cheap butt and send in my registration for The RidgeRiders in the Lakeland Area.

Besides that, IMBA and that's about it!

I used to be a member of NCMBA (National Capital Mountain Bike Ass.) Here in Ottawa, but it's gone now... Same deal, $25/year, you get discounts all over the place. Oh, and I have an IBMA card... ;)
