I've norticed 2 or 3 threads in the last week that were focused on either how to figure out either your gear ratios or your cadence. I'm attaching a spreadsheet that answers all those questions and more.
It will automaically calculate you gear ratios based on whatever chain ring and rear cog combinations you enter. And if you enter you wheel circumference and any given cadence, it will calculate your exact speed for each gear combination. The second worksheet looks at cadence. If you enter your chain ring and cassette information, then your wheel circumference, for any given speed it will calculate the exact cadence.
