OK how do I get a new shifter cable routed when the plastic liner is popped out....2003 Attutude with internal routing...Magnets? Aliens? cut the frame and re-weld it:lol:

I have used solid wire roughly the same diameter as your cables. Hardware stores or hobby shops carry the wire, usually called piano wire. Once you get the end through, tape your cable to the end and pull through the frame.

I use safety wire for wiring grips and bolts from a Motorcycle shop.

just push the cable through and when it gets to the other hole just fish it out with the j of a spoke...or make something similar to that

Run a string down the inside of the frame and pull it out the other end with a vacuum cleaner.

I have used a wire coat hanger. Bend it straight and then bend the front half inch down at about a 45 degree angle (aprox) tape the cable to the other end and fish her through. The angled tip will make it easier to find the hole from the inside.
