Did not see the live presentation on TV tonight but Track cycling in the UK has finally gained the recognition it deserves.

Sports personality of the year is Chris Hoy

Sports team of the year is Team GB cycling team

and coach of the year is David Brailsford The coach for GB track cycling team

presentation was idiotic. the classic 'let's make cycling a spectacle, and have the gold medalists all roll in on bikes, wearing skinsuits/helmets. what the hell?
