Anyone else here doing it?
So far I've got one sprint tri under my belt at the end of the '08 season, did it in 1:19 (750m, 12mi, 5km). I ran the Las Vegas Marathon in 2007, and I have logged a 136 mile day on an old touring bike... So I know I have it in me to do this.
Nine months to go, time to bust out the Triathlete's Training Bible and work up a plan! The race is on my birthday, so this is my present to myself. 5-6 hours of suffering :roflmao2:
