This is a tough time of year for me too. I ballooned to 260 from 230 from September 2007 until November 8th, 2008. I could have won the gold medal in couch potato armed with beer and a remote control. Went out and got on my wife's comfort Jamis then to the LBS to get the 09 Specialized Sirrus Expert. I have dropped 10 to 250. I have been able to ride about 3-4 days a week from early November until this week. Thank goodness I had the forethought to get me an indoor trainer. So, with the inclement weather I can venture downstairs and ride via the trainer. My goal also is to hit 200 in 2009.
I just got to the point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Good for you gapwedge, it is so easy to fall back onto the coach. Why is it that way, funny thing we are. I sit on couch and do nothing feel like crap. Get off coach do something feel great. This time around I'm not getting back on that couch. I want to be around for my family plus ridings to much fun!!!
