Huh? Widgets are temporarily appearing apps. In my case I can pull them on my screen by moving the mouse pointer in the right upper hand corner.

What is Image Shackle? And what is that currency converter you're using? Finally, what's that thing above your iTunes widget?

I also notice your stocks are doing a lot better than mine...

Image Shackle - basically you drag the picture onto that widget and you can resize it to whatever dimensions you want.. handy, but i wish i knew of a program where i could select multiple pics and resize them at once (while still keeping the originals). Windows power toys had an awesome one for XP. Was as easy as highlighting hundreds of pictures, right click, resize. I miss that.
