I'm glad that you liked it. Copies are by now trickling into everyone who has sent in the cabbage. There are a bunch of envelopes that have come in over my long weekend, but I haven't opened them yet.
I'm mailing as I get cabbage... and when I do, you'll get a PM that i'ts been recieved and sent out..
Mayo has the copies to make the special editions: So they will be ready to send in about a week or so. He also has the info on donaters.
A good chunk of you sent above the minimum, and I'd like to publicly and humble like say thanks. I'm not gonna go out and say how much total it cost; but it was worth it, I'd say, so far.
Anyway, if you haven't mailed in stuff yet, there are still copies available. Probably next week or so I'll run them on ebay on a buy it now option for those that prefer Ebay security or the like.
As for volume II.. Who knows what will pop up.
