I'm trying to use a template from word 2007 on word 2003.. Microsoft has a utility that let's me open docx files but not dtox files... Anyone know how to convert one of those templates so that it can be used in Word 2003?

I think you mean *.dotx file. If so, try this:
http://www.nativewinds.montana.com/software/docx2rtf.html

It should convert your file to *.rtf, which will work with Word 2003 but might not be perfect. Otherwise I'd say find a machine with Word 2007 and convert your original files.

Unless you were talking about this, in which case I have no advice.
