Mountain Biking - 2005 Trek 4300 good price?

Today i purchased a 2005 Trek 4300 for $120 with about 300 miles on it with a missing spoke on the rear wheel. Everything else is in good shape, is this price descent for such a bike?

sounds pretty good....
cost maybe 30 to fix the spoke unless youcan do it yourself. those bikes new are probably 400+
I paid $480 for mine brand new back then. I think with those few miles on it and only a broken spoke that you did ok for $120.

good deal.. you can get a new wheel of the caliber of that one for around 60 bones and be good to go. Was it the disc model? if so it's a steal
No it was the V brake type, its still a nice bike from what i can tell solid frame.
