What does it mean if, when I turn the preload knob, the rebound screw turns with it? And also one preload knob turns more than the other and the preload does not seem to be working all togeather? This occured after I tried to clear a stair set to flat, but came up short with the back wheel hitting the last couple of steps and the front hitting the flat, bottoming the fork quite harshly. I hope I didn't break the internals. Any ideas?
