Basically,we now have the 3' law,the bike/bus only lanes are enforcable,and heavy vehicles will get safety mods and the drivers will receive extra training.

Ha. Do you really believe and DC cop will give a ticket for that? The only thing DC cops do is sit in the patrol cars. They are totally worthless.

I see them at intersections and watch cars run red lights. They don't even bother. Instead they let the cameras take pictures and have the system send tickets via mail.
