Went to the Sacramento PB shop today and had a great experience. I am normally a LBS shopper but stopped in to return a broken set of sunglasses that I received as a gift. Everything was on sale and then some. I bought a set of Cat-1 shoes for $58.99, reg 169.99! 20% off all PB clothing in addition to the sale prices....The cool thing was the staff was very friendly and helped answer questions and returned my broken sunglasses, even though I had no receipt. Having been in the customer service business, just wanted to let other people know they did a great job.

I like the Fair Oaks/Sunrise store a little better, but the couple times I've been in the Sac/Howe one, it was nice.

I definitely resort to the Fair Oaks/Sunrise store because of the friendly staff. I refuse to ever visit the store on Howe. I've been to the one on Howe twice and both times I interacted with rude staff.
