Yes, it is. Tha minimum height to fit that bike is around 6'2".

would you like to talk about? the fact that neither of these bikes is drilled for brakes??? :crash:
the amount of plain stupid negativity is really high in here these days.
big bikes for tall people?? why the f not?
oh and i really like the second bike as well.
if anyone feels like being nice and has some scoop on a roadbike/frame of this size let me know!
