Which one is better as far as stability and balance? I don't have any experience with panniers but the
rear rack BAG I have, although practical, makes my bike's handling a little wobbly at certain speeds or when steering suddenly.
Now, panniers seem to be more stable because of its particular characteristics, like falling over to both sides of the rear tire, compared to the rear rack bag which make the center of gravity higher therefore more unstable,
is this reasoning correct?
Do rear rack panniers (low center of gravity) give you better handling over the rear rack bag (higher center of gravity)???
what are you experiences with both?
