Hi, I am a long time poster on Bike Forums, but not on the folders threads. I have an opportunity to buy these 2 Dahon folders for $80 with cases. I have researched, but not found any that look like these. They appear to have cottered cranks and single speeds. Should I just buy them?

There are not Dahons .... I think Peugeout or other Euro bikes .. somewhat similar to a raleigh twenty but not quite....

If you want to pimp them you can have a lot of fun with the old bikes.... but its a labour of love and not for the faint hearted .....

woder how the cases look like .....

I have not seen them yet, the picture was from the local ad. I wonder how they came up with Dahon? I like offbeat bikes, that is what drew me to these.

Well, I looked at these 2 bikes today. They were repainted with no graphics remaining. They both had seat bags with tool kits and the owners manuals. They are UVEX bikes. They look cheaply made. The 2 bags however are DAHON. If someone could use the bags, I'm guessing that $50 would buy everything.
