I'm on my third season with my insulated Lake MTB boots. One of the Boa tie mechanisms broke. I called Lake to order a new one. They said to send them a picture and they may warranty it even though the written warranty was long expired. Within a week of my first phone call, a free replacement arrived in the mail. Half an hour later, it was on the boot.
