I got my LBS to build my rear wheel/cog/crankset up on my fixed gear. I'm running a 48x16 right now, and want to change the cog to a 18 for various reasons, but I don't remember what diameter chain I'm running... I can't remember if it's 3/32 or 1/8". Is there any way to check?
edit: 3/32, not 1/4"
Measure the width of a chain roller, it will be either 1/8" or 3/32" If still in doubt, a 3/32" cog will work with 1/8" and 3/32" width chain.
