I know Atomic Zombie and a few others have plans. Is it like a electric bicycle Do you use a throttle? Where can I purchase one or do they have to be custom made?

im sure you can pick them up, i was making one out of a old dolly but i wasnt happy with it so i
picked up a new kid trailer for $100 to work with.

the batterys controller and hubmotor are on the trailer. you just extend the throttle cable.
i think custom is best. :) when im finished with this one. it will look like the the first pic.

if you go ahead and start one post it we can share ideas, im looking for long range and a solar panel.

Depending on the power level, may be a good idea to have a override shutoff switch relayed in. Or one of those shutoff brake levers or something like this. If you're gonna put everything in the trailer.

my trailer has no hubmotor. only battery inverter and solar panel. im just running a wire to plug in if i need the juice.

the canadian tire solar panel can be cut to size with a simple glass cutter. hows that for custom :0
