Hey Jeff Wassup dude,

I'd like to join a club. I just got back into riding. I am in North Orange County, Fullerton. Usually I ride on PCH down by HB. U into Photography? I'm a Graphic DUHziner. I just bought that Canon Digital Rebel.

heya Trek,

yep... I'm a photographer... work for Swell.com shooting all their catalog stuff...

I ride with the OC Rebels out of Irvine http://www.ocrebels.com they are a pretty cool club... they have fast guys, and a few older guys that keep a good pace, but usually something for everyone... they have no dues, which is a plus for me... you should come on down and ride with us... they meet at a park near the 5 and Jeffrey road... we need more younger guys... I'm 29, and nearly the youngest guy out there !

How do you like that Digital Rebel ? it looks like a decent camera

Looks like a cool company.

I literally just bought this bike and am trying to get use to it. Not sure what kind of pace i can keep. I think i was averaging 20 mph in a headwind last weekend. how long u been riding? what time Sat do they meet?

The rebel is a sweet dig camera. Needs a good lens though. Got the bike instead of the new lens..lol

if you can average 20 mph in a headwind.. you got some decent legs, and should do fine.... they have a 50 miler that leaves at 8am, and a 35 miler (I think) that leaves at 9am... also a shorter one if you really don;t think you can hang on the 35... but you should do fine...

I'm probably gonna do the 50 miler on Saturday...

they also have rides Tueday and Thursday night at 6pm... a lot shorter... last week the long ride was 17 miles.... the short one, 11... but it's a good start to get some endurance up... you should swing by if you can... I have a red and black Lemond...

the guy that leads the club is named Jess... an older guy, but pretty cool... he makes up all the routes and stuff

maybe I'll see ya out there ?

Great info. Yeah will definetly try to make it. I gotta get a new rear tire. Ran over some metal and blew it out badly. I'll look at their website. Thanks dude for the info. My name is Gary.

hmm I dunno about that... there are a couple hotties... but they can hammer... so you really gotta be in good shape to hang with them... I usually just see them at the breaks, and when it is all over

See ya around, Gary... if you show up... look for me... Black and Red Lemond--- Blue Ford F150 pickup
