HI,
Bought a New but older Sports Instruments heart monitor watch with chest monitor.
Sent it back for battery repcalcement and they fixed it for free, tried to email them about it breaking down again and they are no longer there.
Not sure if they have gone away, I noticed there's quite a few of their cardiac monitors on Ebay so buyer beware.
The batteries on the watch are sealed at the factory,very difficult to replace.
