Got in 20 miles after the gifts were opened. Light snow and 20's west wind around 10mph, felt colder though. Anyone else get out?

I am going to the apt. complex gym to get some elyptical work out done, no jackets tough enough for chicago weather, good job though!

i havent rode since last thursday. i actually havent done any sort of physical activity since then either. Santa got me a balaclava, so I may need to test it out.

37 miles. 24 degrees when i left and returned. brr. i wish i owned a pair of tights.

45 minutes on the rollers today and no crashes.
Year to date, 5,780 road miles with 3 falls, (long stories) three roller sessions at 37.5 minutes, 41.2 minutes and 45 minutes with 2 crashes. I've yet to crash on the trainer. Looking at a group ride for Monday, weather dependent.

1 to 3 inches of rain Fri. night / Sat. + 50 deg. temps + still frozen icy ground = big time flooding all over!
Hope that's not the case this weekend. On the bright side, it's looking ok on Monday, depending on the flooding by then.
