I went ahead and got the Deuter Rack Pack Pannier for my Speed TR.
They kind of just barely fit, but fit they do with no heel strike.
Couple of things I'd look for next time. Neither thing probably noticeable on the photo.
They kind of went on backwards in my mind. Like they should have went on the other side. Swapping the lower clip from bag to bag may change this if it's possible (or just flipping it over).
This puts the mesh pocket towards the pedal and if you use the pocket.....Heel Strike.
The bottom clip points towards the front of the bike. I think it should point aft making the force of movement push it into the rack rather than out of it. The way the upper clips are positioned make it impossible for it to come out anyway, and as stated above, moving the bottom clips around may make this on non issue and puts the mesh portion of the pannier aft anyway.
Minor points. Didn't know what I was getting into as they are my first panniers. I like the look and the capacity is just what I need. I don't need anything bigger by a longshot.
