So......strip off your clothes and ride nude; end of problem. And, if you're in one of those states that prohibits serving alchohol in strip clubs, it'll have the added advantage of keeping drinking drivers off the road.

It has been a few years but I had to spend a few weeks flying out of MacDill AFB in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. We found out that Tampa had just passed a "6 foot" rule regarding lap dances and wandered off to do some quality control checks. I came to the conclusion that the ladies lost something in translation and confused "6 foot" for "6 foot-pounds." In other words, they could not apply more than "6 foot-pounds" of pressure against customers anatomy.
