It's relatively warm here in DC, so I got in a beautiful 11 mile ride on the CCT from Mass Ave to Key Bridge. Nice folks out walking/biking with kids on the trail today. Only needed a thermal top and fleece-type layer and was toasty to nearly too much. Anyone else out and about in the capital today? I had the day off, so took advantage! Cheers all

I rode 26 miles yesterday in Rock Creek Park, and today I ran 5 miles on the C&O Canal.

Today was great. Only needed arm warmers, which came off later, & leg warmers. Rode 73 miles from Ashburn, Va into D.C. and back. Lots of people out today & the capital was pretty busy with sight-seers.

It was a nice day. Started ride from Arlington Courthouse, up the CCT and back down Beach/Rock Creek. Stopped at the Renwick for an hour, then rode around the Mall and back by the Cemetery. Lots of people on Pennsylvania Ave, taking pictures of the inauguration reviewing stand and the White House. Also big crowds at the Lincoln and Vietnam Memorials, and for some reason at the Iwo Jima.
Only 27 miles, but it was nice.
