What would be a fair price for a 1971 Ladies Raleigh Sports 3-speed (Bronze Green) with a Pleitscher rear carrier. Everything is in good working order. Some scratches. All original, except tires and seat were changed about 10 years ago. Thanks in advance! :)

I have a 78 Raleigh Sport, ladies model in immaculate condition. The Brooks saddle has been changed for a Schwinn leather saddle in perfect condition. It has new tires and the BB will be lubed in the spring. If I listed it on CL, I would ask $150. In average condition they've been selling for over $100 in the Raleigh area. There are three universities in the area and that helps to keep the price of "ladies" bikes close to the "men's" models. But this isn't as high a market as NYC.
Hope this helps.
Right now there is a Sears 3-speed ladies model on CL in rat condition with tires that are dried out and rusty bars. The asking price is $30 and it's not selling.
