I'm consuming about 2.9 grams of omega-3s, and come Jan. 5th, I'm getting my wisdom teeth taken out, and I know that bleeding occurs for a long while after getting stitched up and leaving.

I worry about my blood getting too thin and bleeding for an unnecessary amount of time, which could create some problems in the OR or at home. When should I stop consuming the CLO?

cod liver oil doesn't thin the blood much, if at all

aspirin does. don't take aspirin. (or any nsaids)

anyhow....stop at least 7 days before surgery and 14 days ideally

Talk with your surgeon. When i had my brain teeth removed, they did not bleed at all.

I think your confusing Cod Liver Oil with fish oil. Liver oils are rich in vit A and vit D but NOT much omega 3's. Fish oil (from the flesh) contains a lot of omega 3's.
