Does anyone out there have the contact details or the website address for the manufacturer of Cyclops bicycles.
I have just had a one piece steel crank (stamped 'GS 165' on the side) snap while riding and I would like to have a little chat about it with their Quality Control people before someone gets killed. I'm not an expert on such things, but to my eye the steel seems very dull and grainy where it broke - and it doesn't take an expert to see that it simply was not strong enough. I'm too stiff and sore to enjoy the rest of my holidays as I had planned - catching up at the gym, surf skiing and cycling! - but season's greetings and a prosperous new year to you all.
