Looks like I may be able to get a pair of Assos bibs afterall! Feds owe me 8k - I really need to take some exemptions. Told my wife we're getting 7k back :D

Congrats to you! I do the opposite - take exemptions up front then pray I don't owe too much come tomorrow. Worked out ok again this year - owe $2k to the state but am getting $2.5K back from the feds.

That's kind of what my accountant told me to do. He shouted at me for having too large a return from the Feds and insisted that I take a few exemptions - at least for my children. State I'll leave the same as they always end up owing me some silly amount like $20 or I owe them a few dollars. I just need to stay away frrom the LBS though or my wife will kill me. She caught me looking at a pair of Genius4 shoes online the other night and flatly stated that if she saw them in the house I was a dead man :mad:
