I've been using my Bianchi San Jose on a fluid trainer, obviously can't change gears so I just spin faster which increases the resistance. Anyone else doing the same or have any tips?

I'm doing the same on my rollers, using my Fuji conversion on some kreitlers seems to work good for me and I can work on my spin at the same time.
