Probably an 8 or 9 out of 10.
All there, Nouvo Gran Sport except for Weinmann brakes and rims. New cloth bar tape and probably new cablesotherwise bone stock. Pics at: http://velospace.org/node/11790

Nice bike, I bet you could get 350.00-400.00 in that condition. Even though it's not a top of the line bike they usually seem to fetch a good price. You may be able to get more with a really nice sales ad and some patience. Beautiful!

That's a nice one. I picked up one with a 22.5" frame in similar condition in 2007. I believe I paid $400 at the time.
