It was pretty stupid back in the 50's, and it's still pretty stupid today......

Funny how that works!

How many miles per rim do they get? Do some rims run smoother or last longer than others?

They are riding xmart mountain bikes, I'd say they are doing 'em a favor

Is anyone watching the Dakar Rally this year? Former winner Cyril Despres had a rear tire problem and rode on the rim for 40 miles during one of the stages.

Here's some video of it.

Hey I did this as a kid with my steel mag rims on my old bmx ... I didn't ride for miles at a time but after a summer of jacking around like this there was little wear on them. I'd not put them against the miles I've gotten on my GP4k tires though.

Oh Yeah, I got my Kent GMC Denali on the 7th, but while fitting the bike's handlebars and seats, I sat on it without inflating the tires, could that have flared the walls of the deep dish rims? And I did kinda roll back and fourth while watching TV..

"Ziggy played guitar, jammin' good with Weird and Gilly,
The spiders from Mars, he played it left hand
But made it too far
Became the special man, then we were Ziggy's band"

HaHa...Nice lid.

Riding fixed is just a different style of riding.

riding tireless is ********.

Notice in the video they never made ANY turns. If they did they would have looked like the poop stains on my underwear only on the streets. Can turn without traction.
