I have been talking to another forum member about trading headsets, we couldn't work out a trade but he has offered to buy it. I am aware that the Gran Sport headset is mid range equipment, I am also aware that it's low stack height makes it somewhat desireable other that that I don't have much of an idea of the value. If I sell this headset that means I have to buy another, preferably a Campy NR headset, How much can I expect to pay for one of those?

The pictures that I have are not great, but until I take more they will have to do. The headset is not mint, but the bearing surfaces are in good shape. This headset had loose bearings and does not have campy caged bearings. So, what is a fair price, both to me and a fellow forum member.

Thanks!
Matt

Well, the top nut is less than perfect, so depending on the threading, assuming its NOT French.
It will be worth less than otherwise. If French even less.
But what kicks the price up is that Pista headsets are very hard to come by for a reasonable price, and the dimensions of this are the same, only difference is the single pair of flats for the adjustable cup.

$70.

ebay could get you more, or get you less, but the fee structure and time to ship will probably get you back to $70.
