Thought I'd start it up. Although I'm not living in the region any longer, as a former IL & IN resident and participant, I checked and discovered that the web site for RAIN registration is officially open. Nice design for the Jersey this year, and pretty cool caps available. I'm in, hope to see other forum members there!
